PETE, SITE MANAGER
Peter is a dedicated carpenter with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His passion for carpentry stems from a deep-seated love for transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional spaces. Peter finds immense satisfaction in the art of creation, believing that each project is an opportunity to craft something meaningful out of nothing.
Among the many projects he has worked on, he takes particular pride in a challenging renovation in Queenscliff. The difficulties he faced during this project only fueled his problem-solving skills and creative thinking, culminating in a result that delighted both clients and the team. At Keystone Construction, Peter thrives in an environment where team morale is high, and proactive planning is prioritised. He appreciates the supportive culture that encourages a healthy work-life balance, allowing him to excel both personally and professionally.
Peter emphasises the importance of continuous learning alongside mastering fundamental skills. He enjoys using various tools and techniques, particularly those that enhance efficiency and precision. Outside of work, Peter is an avid golfer, enjoys motorbike riding, and follows football closely. He also recently surprised himself by discovering a talent for breakdancing.
Peter holds a particular fondness for his home renovation projects and cherishes the advice he received to “measure twice, cut once.” While he has found joy in carpentry, he also harboured dreams of becoming a pilot, influenced by his upbringing near the RAAF base in Sale.
