He particularly enjoys tackling substantial renovations, appreciating the unique challenges they present while savoring the rewarding results. A standout project involved the intricate incorporation of three levels of structural steel into a renovation, a task meticulously designed, detailed, and fabricated by him and  his dedicated team. This achievement epitomises both his technical skills and the creative spirit nurtured at Keystone.

Iain has a special affinity for rejuvenating old timber, where he finds joy in revitalising materials, a testament to his artistry and respect for craftsmanship that resonates throughout his work. Above all, the joy of satisfied customers serves as the ultimate reward for his efforts and dedication.

With a commitment to continuous improvement, Iain fosters a learning culture within his team. As a nationally qualified ski patroller and registered builder, he embraces his role as a father to two energetic children. Beyond construction, he enjoys mountain biking, Dirt biking, camping and skiing, activities that complement his active lifestyle and provide balance.

Iain thrives on maintaining organised and efficient job sites, often reflecting on the philosophy, “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life.” He also has a deep desire to travel.
