A large renovation & Extension of an existing 3 storey 1970’s architectural house to create a durable and low maintenance 5 bed/3 bath beach house with some of the best views across the heads off Port Phillip Bay. This project really pushes our problem solving skills with the need for ultimate durability and strength, while working with an old building very much in need of repair.
